New York City Clothing Recycling Program

We are a socially responsible company that seeks to institute a clothing recycling program within your building. A portion of the proceeds from the clothing collection will be donated to The Miami Project To Cure Paralysis, a leading spinal cord research facility in America, or the approved non-for-profit of your choosing.

Rather than having residents haul their clothing to a collection site, or worse, dump them in the trash, we would like to place a receptacle in your building for their recycling convenience. Our aim is to reduce clothing in landfills while helping to raise funds for non-for-profits. We can do so in the following way:

recycling bin1. PLACEMENT OF BINS
We will supply you with a poly cart, dimensions 28.5” deep x 48” wide x 66.5” high or a similar variation to suit your specific requirements. This cart should be placed in a location that is easily accessible, i.e. laundry room or basement storage area. The wheels on the cart make it easy to maneuver in and out of the building.

2. AWARENESS
We then notify residents of the program and the location of the bins through flyers (see sample flyer) placed on the community board and/or their mailboxes.

3. PICK-UP
While the amount of clothing donated will vary from building to building, you can expect to average one pick-up per week. We will schedule a weekly pick-up with you and adjust the scheduling, as volume may change periodically.

4. EASE AND CONVENIENCE
Our main goal is to maximize the clothing collected while minimizing inconvenience. If you are interested in establishing a clothing recycling program, we will find a way to work within you specific constraints.

Please give us a call and enable us to provide this service for you and your residents. If you have any questions please contact Adam Baruchowitz,
